Integrated Waste Management

Integrated waste management is a single programme that covers every step of a site’s waste, from segregation at source and collection to recycling, treatment and compliance reporting.

Instead of juggling a sweeper, a scrap dealer and a separate vendor for each kind of waste, you get one accountable team. We study how your site produces waste, set up four-stream segregation, run scheduled collection, send every stream to the right authorised destination and give you the numbers to prove it.

What is included

Waste audit
We weigh and characterise a typical week of waste to size bins, pickup frequency and processing options.
Segregation setup
Colour-coded bins, signage in Hindi and English, and training for housekeeping staff and residents.
Scheduled collection
Fixed-day pickups with separate handling for each stream, so segregated waste stays segregated.
Processing and recovery
Wet waste to compost or biogas, recyclables to registered recyclers, the rest to authorised treatment.
Zero-waste-to-landfill roadmap
A month-by-month plan to cut what reaches the landfill, with targets you can share with residents or management.
Monthly reports
Stream-wise weights, diversion rate and compliance documents in one monthly report.

Questions about integrated waste management

What is the minimum size for an integrated programme?

There is no fixed minimum. Programmes usually make most sense for sites producing more than about 50 kg of waste a day, such as larger housing societies, offices and factories. Smaller sites can start with scheduled pickup and segregation.

Can you work with our existing housekeeping staff?

Yes. Most programmes train the staff you already have to segregate and store waste correctly, and Nexicycle handles collection, processing and reporting.

How is the monthly price decided?

Price depends on daily quantity, the mix of streams, pickup frequency, distance and whether on-site processing is needed. The audit gives you a fixed monthly quote before you commit.
