Waste & ESG Consultancy
Waste and ESG consultancy helps organisations meet India’s waste laws, including EPR registration, Pollution Control Board consents and bulk waste generator duties, and report their waste performance for ESG and BRSR disclosures.
India’s waste rules changed a lot in 2025 and 2026. The new Solid Waste Management Rules, the C&D waste rules and amendments to the plastic, e-waste and hazardous waste rules all add registration, reporting and recycling duties. We translate those rules into a checklist for your organisation and help you file on time.

Questions about waste & esg consultancy
Does my company need EPR registration?
If you manufacture, import or sell under your brand any plastic packaging, electrical or electronic equipment, batteries or tyres in India, you are likely to need EPR registration on the relevant CPCB portal. We can confirm applicability after a short review.
What is a bulk waste generator?
Under the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026, an entity is a bulk waste generator if it has a built-up area of at least 20,000 square metres, uses at least 40,000 litres of water a day, or generates at least 100 kg of solid waste a day. Bulk waste generators must process wet waste on site or obtain EBWGR certificates, register on the CPCB portal and file annual returns.
Can you help us start a recycling business?
Yes. We advise on choosing a material stream, site and machinery, the consents and registrations you will need from UPPCB and CPCB, and building supply and offtake.
